Biphasic Technology
The CL3 designation refers to BioRePeel’s innovative dual-chamber delivery system, which keeps the two phases of the formulation separate until the point of application. When activated by shaking the ampoule until the contents achieve green coloration, the two phases emulsify to form the treatment solution. This biphasic structure ensures that the exfoliating and biostimulating components are delivered simultaneously and at their optimum concentration, maximising both the peeling and regenerative effects of the treatment. FND stands for Free Needle Delivery, referring to the topical application technique that eliminates the need for injection.
Active Ingredients and Formulation
BioRePeelCl3 FND is formulated with 35% Trichloroacetic Acid (TCA) as the primary exfoliant, supported by a synergistic blend of 14 additional active ingredients. The acid complex comprises Lactobionic acid for hydration and skin barrier support, Salicylic acid for pore refinement and acne-prone skin, Tartaric acid for surface renewal and skin smoothing, and Citric acid for additional exfoliation support. GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid) helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and expression-related skin tension. Four amino acids (Glycine, Proline, Hydroxyproline and Arginine) provide the building blocks for tissue repair and skin elasticity restoration. Vitamins C and B2 deliver antioxidant protection, brightening support and free radical neutralisation.

Treatment Areas and Administration
BioRePeelCl3 FND is indicated for the face, neck, decollete and intimate area. Before treatment, cleanse the area using acetone or an appropriate surfactant. Activate the vial by shaking until green coloration is achieved. Apply 1.5 to 2ml to the face, 1 to 1.5ml to the neck, and 2 to 2.5ml to the decollete per session using nitrile gloves, spreading evenly until fully absorbed. Processing time is 3 to 5 minutes for facial applications. A course of treatments is recommended for optimal results.
Contraindications
Contraindicated in pregnant or breastfeeding patients. Avoid sun exposure following treatment and apply broad-spectrum SPF as part of the aftercare protocol. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for full contraindication guidance.
