With the highest viscoelasticity in the range at 427.8 Pa, it delivers maximum shape retention, superior lifting capacity and long-lasting volume in the cheeks, jawline, chin and nose.
Technology and Formulation
Kairax Sub-Q is formulated with 24mg/ml of highly purified, non-animal derived cross-linked hyaluronic acid and 0.3% lidocaine. Like all Kairax formulations, it is produced using the proprietary h-DTP (hybrid Dual Technology Process), combining chemical cross-linking with a physical high-density tapping process to achieve superior viscoelasticity, cohesivity and shape retention. The h-DTP process minimises residual BDDE content while maximising the structural properties of the gel, producing a filler that holds its shape effectively under tissue pressure and maintains volume over time.
At 427.8 Pa viscoelasticity, Sub-Q has significantly greater firmness and lifting capacity than both Kairax Fine and Kairax Deep, making it well suited to deep subdermal placement where robust structural support is the clinical objective. The 0.3% lidocaine ensures patient comfort throughout the procedure. The uniform, consistent extrusion force profile of the Kairax range is maintained in Sub-Q, ensuring smooth and stable gel delivery through both the 25G and 27G needles included in the pack.

Deep addresses moderate to deep wrinkles and lip augmentation at mid-dermal depth. Fine is the softest formulation for superficial fine lines, periorbital work and delicate lip treatments.
