Dr. CYJ Hair Filler is a clear, low-viscosity injectable gel containing 0.7% hyaluronic acid and a proprietary blend of seven non-animal biomimetic peptides: decapeptide-28, oligopeptide-71, octapeptide-2, decapeptide-18, oligopeptide-54, octapeptide-11 and decapeptide-10, suspended in phosphate-buffered saline.
Biomimetic peptides are synthetic copies of the signalling molecules naturally produced by the body. They communicate with key skin cells to stimulate repair, regulate the hair growth cycle and reactivate dormant follicles. The hyaluronic acid component provides a hydrating matrix that supports slow, sustained release of the peptides into the scalp tissue over time, maximising absorption and prolonging their effect.
Mechanism of Action
Once injected into the dermal layer of the scalp, the peptide complex stimulates fibroblast activity, promotes microcirculation and enhances nutrient delivery to the hair follicle. This reactivates dormant follicles, increases follicle size, supports collagen production in the scalp and interrupts the miniaturisation process associated with androgenetic alopecia. Clinical studies have demonstrated significant reductions in hair loss, improvements in hair density and increased hair thickness across both male and female patients.
Indications
Dr. CYJ Hair Filler is indicated for men and women experiencing early to moderate hair loss or thinning, including androgenetic alopecia (male and female pattern baldness), diffuse hair thinning, telogen effluvium and scalp damage caused by chemical, physical or traumatic factors.
Administration
The product is injected intradermally using a fine 30 to 32G needle at an angle of approximately 30 degrees, parallel to the scalp surface. A volume of 0.02 to 0.05ml per injection point is recommended, distributed evenly across the treatment area including the frontal hairline, crown and temples. A course of multiple sessions is advised for optimal results, with initial visible improvements typically apparent within two months and maintenance treatments recommended thereafter.
