E.P.T.Q S500 (Epitique) is a CE-marked, monophasic, fully cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal filler manufactured by Jetema Co. Ltd. in South Korea. The heaviest and most volumising formulation in the E.P.T.Q. range, S500 is engineered for deep structural facial contouring and significant volume restoration – delivering dramatic, natural-looking results in areas where robust lifting capacity and long-term shape retention are the clinical priority.
In common with the full E.P.T.Q. range, S500 is produced using ZEEP (Zero Endotoxin and BDDE Entire Process) Technology, keeping endotoxin levels below 0.1 EU/ml with no detectable residual BDDE in the final gel. The elastic HIVE structure created by the proprietary cross-linking process maintains ideal viscoelasticity with a complex viscosity of up to 500 Pas – the highest in the E.P.T.Q. range — providing maximum cohesiveness, superior lifting capacity and excellent shape retention post-injection. The product is approved by CE mark, KFDA and FDA.
S500 is formulated at 24mg/ml cross-linked, non-animal sourced hyaluronic acid with 0.3% lidocaine. Its high density and thick gel consistency make it the firmest formulation in the E.P.T.Q. range. A key clinical advantage of S500 is that it uniquely retains its malleability for a period after injection, allowing the practitioner to sculpt and mould the gel precisely in situ before it settles — particularly useful when contouring the jawline, cheekbones and chin.
S500 is indicated for injection into the middle to deep dermal layers and supraperiosteal plane, targeting areas close to the bone where structural support is required. Treatment areas include cheek augmentation and mid-face volume restoration, chin projection and jawline definition, temporal hollowing, correction of severe nasolabial folds and deep age-related volume loss.
E.P.T.Q S500 has demonstrated excellent scores across the WSRS (Wrinkle Severity Rating Scale) and GAIS (Global Aesthetic Improvement Scale) in clinical evaluation. Results from S500 typically last 12 to 18 months depending on individual metabolism, treatment area and lifestyle, with some studies citing duration of up to 24 months.
S500 is the volumising, structural filler in the range – highest viscosity, maximum lifting capacity, deepest injection plane. S300 addresses moderate to deep lines at mid-dermal depth. S100 treats superficial fine lines and delicate areas at a shallow dermal level.
