E.P.T.Q S300 (Epitique) is a CE-marked, monophasic, fully cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal filler manufactured by Jetema Co. Ltd. in South Korea. The mid-weight formulation in the E.P.T.Q. range, S300 sits between the superficial S100 and the volumising S500 — designed for moderate to deep dermal application where greater lifting capacity and structural support are required over S100, while maintaining natural pliability and tissue integration.
In common with the full E.P.T.Q. range, E.P.T.Q S300 is produced using ZEEP (Zero Endotoxin and BDDE Entire Process) Technology, keeping endotoxin levels below 0.1 EU/ml with no detectable residual BDDE in the final gel. The elastic HIVE structure created by the proprietary cross-linking process maintains ideal viscoelasticity across the full range of injection pressures – providing consistent, predictable gel behaviour in tissue and reducing the risk of migration, lumpiness or overcorrection. pH and osmotic pressure are calibrated to match the body’s own tissues for improved biocompatibility.
E.P.T.Q. S300 is formulated at 24mg/ml cross-linked, non-animal sourced hyaluronic acid. Its medium particle size and higher cross-linking density relative to S100 give it greater cohesiveness and lifting capacity, making it suitable for deeper injection planes where more structural support is needed. Formulated with lidocaine for improved injection comfort.
S300 is suitable for mid to deep dermal application, targeting moderate to deep facial lines and volume areas including nasolabial folds, perioral lines and marionette lines, cheek definition and mid-face support, lip volume enhancement and lip contour definition.
E.P.T.Q. S300 offers strong cohesiveness and lifting capacity for deeper facial areas, with a smooth, pliable gel designed for natural integration and predictable placement. Longevity varies with individual factors including skin condition, application area and lifestyle.
