Elasty F plus is a medium-viscosity monophasic cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal filler manufactured by Dongbang Medical Co. Ltd. in South Korea. The fine-correction formulation in the Elasty range, it is specifically engineered for the treatment of fine to medium facial wrinkles and delicate skin areas where precision and gentleness are the clinical priority. Formulated with 24mg/ml of highly purified, non-animal origin hyaluronic acid produced through bacterial fermentation, Elasty F is lidocaine-free, making it particularly well suited to patients with sensitivity to anaesthetic agents and delicate treatment areas including the periorbital and perioral zones.
Elasty F is produced using Dongbang Medical’s proprietary PNET (Preserved Natural Entanglement Technology), a patented 3D cross-linking process that preserves the natural long-chain entangled structure of hyaluronic acid molecules during cross-linking, rather than breaking them down and reforming them as conventional cross-linking methods do. This results in a gel with a superior elastic modulus, excellent cohesion and outstanding resistance to biodegradation compared to standard BDDE cross-linked fillers. The multi-stage purification process ensures exceptionally low BDDE residue levels, improving biocompatibility and minimising the risk of adverse reaction, particularly important in sensitive skin areas and for patients with known sensitivity.
The resulting gel has a medium viscosity with high volumetric properties, flowing smoothly and evenly through a fine-gauge needle with consistent, low extrusion force. This makes Elasty F straightforward to administer in precise, controlled volumes across delicate facial zones where overinjection risk must be minimised.
Elasty F smooths fine to medium wrinkles across the face and neck, corrects perioral and periorbital lines, fills fine lines above the upper lip, improves skin texture and radiance in thin or sensitive skin areas, and delivers natural-looking volume enhancement with minimal post-treatment oedema or bruising.
