Elasty D Plus is a medium-to-high viscosity monophasic cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal filler manufactured by Dongbang Co. Ltd. in South Korea. The mid-weight formulation in the Elasty range, D Plus sits between the lighter Elasty F and the volumising Elasty G, offering a balanced combination of lifting capacity and pliability for mid-to-deep dermal application and facial contouring. Formulated with 24mg/ml of highly purified non-animal origin hyaluronic acid, with lidocaine for a more comfortable injection experience.
Elasty D Plus is produced using Dongbang’s proprietary PNET (Preserved Natural Entanglement Technology), a patented 3D cross-linking process that preserves the natural long-chain entangled structure of hyaluronic acid molecules during cross-linking. This results in a gel with a superior elastic modulus, excellent cohesion and strong resistance to biodegradation compared to standard cross-linked fillers. The multi-stage purification process ensures near-zero BDDE residue levels, supporting biocompatibility.
The medium-to-high viscosity of D Plus gives it greater lifting capacity and structural support than Elasty F, while maintaining the natural pliability and smooth distribution suited to mid-face and lip work. The PNET gel flows smoothly and consistently through a fine-gauge needle with low, constant extrusion force, supporting predictable handling and even gel distribution.
