Designed for significant volumetric restoration and deep structural facial contouring, G Plus is the heaviest and most cohesive formulation in the three-product Elasty line, delivering maximum lifting capacity, outstanding shape retention and the longest duration of the range. Formulated with 24mg/ml of highly purified non-animal origin hyaluronic acid and 0.3% lidocaine for enhanced patient comfort during administration.
Elasty G Plus is produced using Dongbang Medical’s proprietary PNET (Preserved Natural Entanglement Technology), a patented 3D cross-linking method that preserves the natural long-chain entangled structure of hyaluronic acid molecules. In G Plus, the PNET process is applied at a higher density than in Elasty F and D Plus, producing an enhanced cohesion coefficient that gives G Plus its characteristic firmness, superior structural support and exceptional resistance to biodegradation. The multi-stage purification process ensures near-zero BDDE residue levels for excellent biocompatibility and minimised adverse reaction risk.
The high cohesion and density of the G Plus gel provides the lifting capacity and volume retention required for deep subcutaneous and supraperiosteal injection. Despite its high density, the PNET gel matrix maintains a smooth, consistent extrusion profile through a 27G needle, ensuring controlled and predictable gel placement at depth.
Elasty G Plus restores significant facial volume in areas of pronounced volume loss, delivers structural contouring of the cheeks, chin and jawline, corrects deep wrinkles and severe nasolabial folds, lifts and supports sagging facial tissue, and provides long-lasting results with excellent shape retention and minimal migration risk. Results last 12 to 18 months depending on treatment area, injection depth and individual metabolism.
