The thin wall needle construction increases the internal bore diameter relative to the outer gauge, improving flow rate and reducing injection resistance without increasing the needle’s external footprint or the tissue trauma associated with larger gauge needles.
Needle Technology
The 32G thin wall needle features a micro-polished surface finish that significantly reduces friction between the needle and tissue at the point of entry. This micro-polishing process removes microscopic surface irregularities that would otherwise cause drag, resistance and micro-tearing during insertion, resulting in a smoother, less painful injection experience for the patient and less force required from the practitioner throughout the procedure. The 8mm needle length provides optimal depth for intradermal and shallow subcutaneous delivery across the majority of aesthetic injection techniques.
Precision and Control
The 0.5ml barrel capacity with clearly graduated markings allows precise dosing of small to medium-volume injectables, reducing the risk of over-injection and ensuring consistent, reproducible results.
