Needle Technology
The 30G x 8mm ultra-sharp thin wall needle features a medical silicone coating applied at the point of manufacture, significantly reducing friction between the needle and tissue during insertion and withdrawal. This extra lubrication minimises patient discomfort, reduces the force required during injection and limits post-treatment bruising and tissue irritation. The 8mm needle length provides optimal depth for intradermal and shallow subcutaneous delivery across the majority of aesthetic injection techniques, while the thin wall construction increases the internal bore diameter for improved flow rate and reduced injection resistance.
Precision Dosing
The dead space-free design eliminates residual product retention in the needle hub, ensuring no medication is wasted between draws and that every dose administered corresponds precisely to the volume drawn up. Clearly printed, strongly marked graduation lines on the 0.5ml barrel allow accurate reading of small-volume doses, reducing the risk of over or under-injection and supporting consistent, reproducible results across treatments.
Construction and Safety
Sungshim syringes are assembled using a UV bonding system that ensures high adhesion between the needle and barrel, eliminating the risk of needle separation during use. Non-toxic and non-pyrogenic throughout. Each syringe is individually packaged and sterilised using EO (ethylene oxide) gas sterilisation, the gold standard sterilisation method for single-use medical devices, ensuring complete sterility until point of use.
