Designed to strengthen the skin barrier, deeply hydrate both the epidermis and dermis, and progressively repair thin or damaged skin, iLLUMA PN Booster delivers comprehensive anti-ageing results across the face, neck and eye area.
iLLUMA PN Booster contains 5mg/ml of polynucleotides (PN), 12mg/ml of cross-linked hyaluronic acid, and two targeted anti-ageing peptides — Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 and Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4 – in a 2.5ml pre-filled syringe. The patented stabilisation technique maintains the HA network in its natural state by introducing only a minimal number of synthetic cross-links, ensuring the HA remains biocompatible and effective while the PN is delivered progressively into the tissue for prolonged efficacy.
Polynucleotides activate general cell metabolism, normalise local skin immunity, stimulate the production of structural components in the dermis, block photo-damage of cell DNA, and regulate melanogenesis to stabilise cell membranes and reduce sensitivity to environmental stressors. The cross-linked HA component restores moisture at both dermal levels while supporting the PN’s gradual release, extending the duration of the treatment’s regenerative effect.
Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 is a targeted anti-wrinkle peptide that reduces the appearance of existing facial wrinkles — particularly around the eyes and on the neck and inhibits the formation of new lines through repeated facial muscle movement. Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4 is a signal peptide that stimulates the restoration of the structural elements of the dermis, promoting the synthesis of collagen, elastin, fibronectin and glycosaminoglycans – the key building blocks of firm, youthful skin.
iLLUMA PN Booster repairs and hydrates thin or damaged skin, reduces facial wrinkles including around the eyes and neck, strengthens the skin barrier and local cell immunity, reduces pigmentation and normalises melanogenesis for a more even skin tone, stimulates collagen and elastin synthesis for improved firmness and elasticity, and inhibits the formation of new wrinkles for sustained results between treatments. Results typically last six to twelve months.

One treatment per month, with one to three sessions in total depending on individual skin condition and treatment goals. One to two millilitres per session is the standard dose, with maintenance treatments every two to three months following the initial course.
