Based on the company’s patented amino acid replacement technology, Jalupro Classic is the original formulation in the Jalupro range, developed to support fibroblast activity and the skin’s own collagen and elastin production. It is suitable for light to moderate signs of ageing across the face and body.
Jalupro Classic is a two-component system supplied as separate vials that are reconstituted before administration. Each pack contains two vials of lyophilized amino acids (100mg each) comprising Glycine, L-Proline, L-Leucine and L-Lysine, and two vials of sodium hyaluronate (30mg each) which are dissolved into the amino acid solution prior to injection. The lyophilized format preserves the bioactivity of the amino acids until the point of use.
The four amino acids in Jalupro Classic are key building blocks of collagen. Glycine and L-Proline are the primary structural components of the collagen triple helix, L-Lysine supports the cross-linking of collagen fibres, and L-Leucine supports cellular metabolism and protein synthesis. By delivering these amino acids directly to the fibroblasts in the dermis, Jalupro Classic supplies the raw materials the skin uses to produce its own collagen, supporting fibroblast activity associated with ageing, sun exposure and lifestyle factors.
Fibroblasts in the subcutaneous connective tissue are responsible for the production of collagen and elastin, maintaining skin tone, firmness and elasticity. As fibroblast activity declines with age, the skin loses volume, brightness and structure. Jalupro Classic delivers a concentrated amino acid cluster directly to the fibroblasts, supporting cellular vitality and collagen and elastin synthesis. The sodium hyaluronate component provides the hydrating medium for delivery and supports skin hydration in the immediate dermis.
Jalupro Classic supports skin texture and smoothness, helps improve the appearance of fine lines, hydrates and plumps the skin, supports a smoother, more even-looking skin surface, and complements other aesthetic applications including dermal fillers and skin-resurfacing protocols. It is also used alongside other procedures to support skin recovery.

Reconstitute by dissolving the sodium hyaluronate vial into the amino acid vial and shaking gently until fully dissolved. Administer via intradermal micropapule injection using a 30G needle. Injection techniques include micropapules, linear, fan shape, grid shaped and mixed. Package does not include needles.
