Jalupro HMW is an injectable biorevitalizer by Professional Derma SA, combining 20mg of high molecular weight sodium hyaluronate (1,200 to 1,400 kDaltons) with 80mg of lyophilized amino acids (Glycine, L-Proline, L-Leucine and L-Lysine HCl). The HMW formulation delivers a more pronounced immediate filling effect than Classic, suited to mature or more heavily marked skin with pronounced lines and depressions. The HMW HA provides immediate deep hydration and extracellular matrix scaffolding while the amino acid cluster supports fibroblasts to produce collagen and elastin progressively over time. Combining high molecular weight sodium hyaluronate with the same patented amino acid cluster as the Classic formula, Jalupro HMW delivers both an immediate filling and hydrating effect alongside progressive collagen support for long-lasting structural skin improvement.
Jalupro HMW is a dual-component injectable system supplied as a 1.5ml pre-filled glass syringe containing 20mg of high molecular weight sodium hyaluronate (1,200 to 1,400 kDaltons), and a separate 1ml glass bottle containing 80mg of sterile lyophilized amino acids comprising Glycine, L-Proline, L-Leucine and L-Lysine HCl. The two components are combined at point of use before administration.
The high molecular weight of the sodium hyaluronate distinguishes HMW from Classic. At 1,200 to 1,400 kDaltons, the HA provides greater viscosity and a more pronounced immediate filling effect, creating a supportive extracellular matrix scaffold and delivering sustained deep hydration in more heavily marked skin areas. The non-crosslinked structure ensures natural resorption and excellent biocompatibility.
The amino acid cluster (Glycine, L-Proline, L-Leucine and L-Lysine) delivers collagen building blocks directly to dermal fibroblasts, nourishing and supporting them to produce collagen and elastin. The HMW hyaluronic acid provides deep moisturisation and an initial mechanical filling effect, immediately improving the appearance of deep lines, furrows and depressions while the amino acids work progressively over the following weeks to support skin density and structural integrity. Results are typically visible after the first session, with full effects developing over a course of applications.

Combine the contents of the HA syringe and amino acid bottle before administration. Inject intradermally using micropapule technique with a 30G needle, spacing papules 1.5 to 2cm apart. Injection techniques include micropapules, linear, fan shape, grid shaped and mixed. Needles not included.
