Mastelli NEWEST 2ml PN-HPT is Mastelli’s patented combination of PN-HPT® polynucleotides and non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid. Mastelli is the Italian developer of High Purification Technology. NEWEST gives practitioners biostimulation and hydration in a single injectable, making it well suited to mature, dehydrated or damaged skin.
The formula works in three ways. The PN-HPT® polynucleotides regenerate fibroblasts, driving new collagen and elastin production for ongoing improvements in skin quality. The hyaluronic acid hydrates and restores plumpness. Mannitol helps protect the hyaluronic acid from breaking down, so the hydration lasts longer.
In clinical use, one study reported that after three treatments, skin elasticity improved by 39.6% and brightness increased by 51.1%. Wrinkles and skin roughness were reduced by 17.1%.
