AMI Eyes is an advanced polynucleotide (PN) biostimulator manufactured by Quiver Medic in South Korea, specifically engineered for periorbital rejuvenation. Unlike conventional dermal fillers, AMI Eyes works at a cellular level to support and revitalise the delicate skin around the eyes — supporting the appearance of fine lines, crepiness and loss of elasticity without adding unwanted volume.
AMI Eyes is notable for being among the first products on the aesthetics market to utilise cross-linked polynucleotides, making it a more advanced option than standard PDRN formulations for the under-eye and tear trough area.
The primary active ingredient is polynucleotide (PDRN), obtained by purifying the DNA of salmon. This low molecular weight complex supports the skin from within, supporting collagen synthesis and elastin production.
Once injected into the dermis, PDRN supports fibroblast activity, supporting the synthesis of collagen and elastin to help support the skin’s structure and elasticity. It also supports cellular metabolism and microcirculation, supporting the extracellular matrix, hydration and the skin barrier.
AMI Eyes supports microcirculation and skin quality to help brighten the appearance of the under-eye area, helps soften the look of fine lines through fibroblast support, delivers intense hydration to thin and crepey skin, and provides antioxidant support making it well suited to sensitive or reactive skin types.
Supplied in individual syringes packaged for single-patient use, the recommended technique targets approximately 6 to 10 injection points beneath each eye, with 1ml administered per eye for a total of 2ml per session. A course of three to four sessions spaced two to three weeks apart is typically advised, with maintenance sessions as required. A 30G 13mm needle or meso/multi-needle device is recommended.
